• when outgoing becomes majority
• introverts have better creativity and leadership

creativity comes from solitude and thinking
leadership comes from listening to others instead of speaking a lot

• tho most introverts tend to hide their "introversy" (most leaders)tho they are better left alone
• 現在的教育偏向extrovert: group talking, 發表....
• when you are in a group, you tend to follow the best talker, that influences your individual thinking
• people need to go separately and think, then generate their ideas, THEN come back and discuss
• the ideas would be more original and deep
• western, especially US tend to like man of action
• 工業化之後強調personal charisma, social skills, rather than modesty

1. stop the constant group work at work and in schools!
2. go to the wilderness and think!
3. take a look at your suitcase, (is it full of books?) and try to share
